The philosophy behind CareerMate is to help the students right from ninth standard when they start thinking about their career specially in Engineering and Management streams. We add lot of value in a student's career at various stages including preparing them for engineering entrance, organizing summer trainings/ internship for them, providing them specialized job oriented training and finally giving them strong placement support.

CareerMate is an training and placement initiative taken by the parent company VibrantWorx set up by a team of professionals from top engineering institutes like IIT, BIT and IIM having average experience of 10+ years in top IT organizations. After a long survey we found that there is an orthogonal relationship between the conventional syllabus taught in the universities and the demand of the industry. We thoroughly understand the needs of the industry and are also well aware of the vital problems of attaining quality manpower at entry level which really makes a difference in the business.
